The city garden "Gods Rudaki" is located in the center of Dushanbe and covers an area of about eight hectares. The main entrance to the garden comes from the east to the main street of the city - Rudaki Avenue.
The central landscaped alley of the city garden runs to the main facade of the Palace of the Nation, where the monumental sculptural monument dedicated to the 1150th anniversary of Abuabdullo Rudaki becomes the composite accent of the entire park. The park was created in the mid-1930s and was then called “Lenin Culture and Recreation Park”. In 2007, the park was reconstructed, and the park received a new, today's name, and a monument to the great Tajik and Persian poet Abu Abdullo Rudaki was erected at the center of the intersection of the central alleys of the garden, its opening was timed to the 1150th anniversary of its birth. The city garden "Gods of Rudaki" is one of the main decorations of modern Dushanbe. The park is ideal for gatherings with friends, for walking with children, for a romantic meeting of lovers. You can wander around the alleys for a long time, have a small picnic. Games in the open air, under the canopy of shady trees always give pleasure and joy.
