Excursion "Royal residence-Kolomenskoye" with a visit to the Palace of Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich. The Kolomenskoye estate is one of the oldest residences of Russian sovereigns: Grand Duke Vasily III and Tsar Ivan the terrible. The Palace of Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich is a unique recreated monument of Russian wooden architecture of the XVII century. The main feature of the Palace's architecture is the successful combination of the art of traditional, pre-Petrine Russia and Western Europe. The exhibition consists of 24 recreated interiors. Tour of Zamoskvorechye.This is a historic district of old Moscow, a real open-air Museum-reserve, one of the few areas in Moscow where the spirit of the old city has been preserved. You will learn how and why the Tretyakov gallery appeared in Zamoskvorechye and admire the merchant mansions and beautiful temples that have decorated this area since ancient times. Excursion to the Tretyakov gallery – Moscow art Museum, founded in 1856 by merchant Pavel Tretyakov and having one of the largest and most significant collections of Russian fine art in the world.
