On September 1, TS.tours participated in a road show held in Jakarta. This event, organised by the Moscow City Tourism Committee, was notably significant for the international travel industry. In fact, it was dedicated to promoting Moscow as a premier destination for both leisure and business travellers. Consequently, the event served as a vital platform for fostering international collaboration and sharing industry insights.
The primary focus of the road show was to showcase Moscow’s diverse attractions and modern infrastructure. For instance, presentations highlighted impressive architectural complexes, cultural landmarks and the streamlined electronic visa process for foreign visitors. Therefore, attendees gained comprehensive insights into the contemporary Russian travel landscape. Moreover, the agenda included interactive sessions, such as a quiz testing geographical knowledge of Moscow, which demonstrated the city’s dynamic urban development to the audience.
We actively participated in these proceedings. We engaged with key stakeholders to discuss potential partnerships. In addition, we informed attendees about the new electronic visa system, namely the Russia e-Visa Travel Memo, so as to clarify entry requirements for foreign visitors. Thus, we not only expanded our professional network but also shared our expertise regarding current visa procedures. Equally important, we attended various seminars to clarify specific operational details, as well as to discuss logistical considerations for future programmes.
It must be kept in mind that such international road shows are essential for the growth of global tourism. Given that Moscow continues to develop its tourist infrastructure, we are well positioned to offer enriched travel experiences. Therefore, the knowledge acquired in Jakarta will significantly benefit our future programmes.
